Based on the feedback gathered at NHIA-hosted forums, we recognise the growing interest in specialised workshops and webinars among our members. We invite members to share their preferences on the following topics to determine which ones resonate most: 

1. Business Succession Strategies Webinar (2 hours)

Succession planning, exit planning, and strategies to elevate your business's value. Presenter: Phil Wicks, an expert with a background in dairy industry genetics and AI. Phil has been managing his advisory firm for 12 years, serving over 80 businesses, and has a vast reservoir of insights to offer.

2. Demystifying Finance for the Non-Financial: Webinar (3 hours)

Perfect for those looking for a more digestible approach to finance. This session might be able to be divided into two separate 1.5-hour segments. 

3. Contract Management Essentials: Webinar (3 hours)

Topics covered include potential pitfalls in contracts, essential legal terminologies, and exercises to reinforce comprehension. Additionally, we will provide an assessment of three pertinent contracts relevant to your organisation. (this includes a sample review of invoices). This session might be able to be divided into two separate1.5-hour segments.

4. Governance Training: Face to Face for a full day

The governance workshop is open to all Managers and those looking to develop their careers into Management or Director positions.

5. In-Person First Aid Training

If you have staff across various regions requiring up-to-date first aid instruction, NHIA can facilitate group reservations. Please provide desired locations and the number of staff you intend to train.
