Where Performance Professionalism & Credibility Matters

This provides the best practice standards for the National Accreditation of Professional AI Technicians (Bovine) in Australia.

NHIA serves as the authority responsible for overseeing these standards and the national accredited technician program of industry’s highest skilled individuals.

Accredited professionals must exhibit the skills and knowledge commensurate with those of a true professional AI Technician, along with upholding a standard of professionalism befitting the industry.

NHIA is dedicated to fostering a fair, safe, and healthy working environment where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. This policy applies to everyone involved in NHIA activities, whether in paid or voluntary capacities, including board members, employees, members, committees, sub-committees, and mentors. Bullying and harassment in any form are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Harassment includes any unwanted conduct based on age, disability, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation that affects a person's dignity or creates a hostile environment. Bullying is repeated, unreasonable behaviour that poses a risk to health and safety, including intimidation, humiliation, and threats.

NHIA emphasises the responsibility of every individual to ensure a harassment and bullying-free workplace and provides procedures for those affected to seek redress. Complaints can be addressed through processes to prevent further misconduct.
